"Now he reflects on growing older as the positive unfolding of character and the opportunity to share what has been learned and experienced. He shows how to keep youth and old age together, one helping the other. He explores ways to deal with anger and sadness. He discusses the value of telling your story and developing a natural senior spirituality with the natural world, the arts and simple practices of contemplation."
